It publishes reports of original research and other articles that contribute to best practices in dietetics. Prior to June 1998, the Journal was entitled the Journal of The Canadian Dietetic Association. Distributed with each issue of the Journal is Practice, a quarterly update service that includes information on scientific and clinical developments and Canadian dietitians' experiences and challenges in practice.
